Becoming a LeaderMaker
We are NOT
- Content Creators: Social Media Coaches spend a great percent of their time creating content and building followers instead of developing and growing as a coach. They may do well enough with life coaching, but Leaders and Executives require more.
- Selling Certificates: There are more pseudo coaches than ever before, all of whom want a certification to "prove their professionalism." The issue is, there are programs catering to this offering expensive certificates which require little effort or time from their students. This continues to lowers the global standards of coaching, and dangerously over simplifies the responsibility we have as a coach.
- Hobbyists: There are many people who "coach on the side." Similar to content creators, these individuals have fragmented focus. Would you go to a heart surgeon who practices dentistry most of the time? Neither would we, and neither would our clients.
We DO
- Prioritise Coaching: To be great requires focus. Education is a never ending pursuit and the necessary ingredient to serving world class leaders. We are committed to study as much as, if not more than, we coach. Or clients deserve, and expect our best.
- Take our Responsibilities Seriously: The decisions our clients make create huge impacts effecting not only themselves, but the lives of everyone they serve, their families, and in some cases, the world at large. As a LeaderMaker it is our responsibility to develop, challenge, and accompany each leader and help them take on these difficult challenges using reason, strategy, and ethical awareness.
- Develop Proper Coaching Careers: Select students are invited to become part of the LeaderMakers team. These coaches will gain access to our internal client acquisition system freeing them to focus only on what they love to do... to coach.

For over 27 years, Our CEO has been coaching Leaders from all over the world in various industries, companies, countries, and political levels, including presidents of countries.
This experience gave him the unique opportunities to
investigate, study, and analyse great leaders.
By using behavioural and personality profiling tools, he was able to
identify and isolate specific qualities that
separate great leaders from the rest.
